Engagements shaped to the organisation.
Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute consultation. Clients will be advised on the most appropriate scope and have the ability to direct the engagement, from the scope of their Transition Plan to the form of engagement that suits their teams.
Plan scopes
Three levels of scope.
The Transition Plan has the same structure at every scale; the depth of discovery changes with the scope.
Foundation
Mid-size organisations, a single agency or business unit. Documents and interviews, external scanning and client-run TLS and certificate exports.
3–4 weeksEnterprise
Banks, large agencies and critical infrastructure. Adds internal discovery on agreed segments, PKI, KMS and HSM inventory, priority code scanning and a validation workshop.
6–10 weeksProgramme
Large financial institutions, federal entities and multi-entity groups. Enterprise depth across the full estate, with hand-over to the programme office.
10–16 weeksEngagement types
Three ways to engage.
Fixed-scope
A defined deliverable, such as a board briefing or a Transition Plan, with scope, timing and outputs agreed at kick-off.
Programme delivery
Hands-on delivery of the roadmap in waves, under one accountable lead, with progress reported to the board.
Embedded
Specialists working within the organisation's teams for a defined term, building capability as the transition proceeds.
Ongoing maintenance
Quarterly re-scans and CBOM change reports, reviewed with the client, and an annual plan refresh with a short board update keep the inventory and plan current.
Engagement model
From first conversation to a maintained plan.
